SCALE OF FEES

In the majority of cases we do not automatically charge our clients a fee, but where additional work is involved and the level of procuration fee from the lender is insufficient to cover costs, we reserve the right to charge a fee - upon completion of the mortgage and only if completion takes place - using the scale below:

• Remortgage for existing client where procuration fee and/or any associated life or general insurance commission does not exceed £300 net to our Company, fee to be £99.

• Mortgage arrangement for clients with adverse credit, where the procuration fee does not exceed £500 net to our Company, fee to be £400.

• All other mortgage arrangements, if procuration fee and any associated life or general insurance falls below £500 net to our Company, fee to be the difference between procuration fee/any commission and £500.

Any fees to be charged will be agreed in advance and be notified to the client via an Initial Disclosure Document and via a Fee Agreement, signed by the client, with a copy retained by the client.
